Maxtone Energy Refinery has completed the modernization of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
warehouse, which allowed to increase the volume of storage and shipment of LPG. Reconstruction
of the LPG warehouse took place simultaneously with the commissioning of a combined plant
for the production of high-octane gasoline (KUPVB), thanks to which the total capacity of
LPG production increased to 80 thousand tons/year.
In the framework of the project of modernization of the warehouse there were fixed 12 new
tanks for reception and storage of LPG. Thus, the total volume of the Park increased from
600 to 1800 m3. To increase the volume of shipment (from 25 to 80 thousand tons/year), an
additional loading riser was installed, which allows simultaneous loading of three truck
tanks. In addition, a special system for pumping products from road tanks was installed
                                            for additional research.
The warehouse staff of the LPG is fully equipped: the maintenance and management of
technological equipment of the production facility is carried out by 22 specialists.
